Laser Tag Setup Requirements

INDOOR SETUP

Requirements: LARGE LASER TAG SYSTEM

*minimum 3 (three) separate 20-amp circuits-- 2 (two)within 100 ft of rear of unit and 1 (one) within 100 ft of front of unit

*2 - 8 ft tables with 4 chairs,

*minimum space requirements- 44 ft. by 60 ft., 10 ft. ceiling or greater (arena is 40 x40, space needed behind unit for blowers, space needed in front of unit for vesting participants and computer equipment)

Requirements: SMALL LASER TAG SYSTEM

*1 separate 20 amp circuit within 100 ft of the arena

*1 table (approx 8 ft long)

*minimum space requirements- 40 ft. by 40 ft., 18 ft. ceiling or greater (arena is 30 x30, space needed behind unit for blowers, space needed in front of unit for entering and exiting the arena).

Requirements: FOR BOTH SYSTEMS - INDOOR SETUP

*door opening to the outside that we can back the trailer up to (or have easy access to) that will be able to have center post removed to bring in arena (approx 5 ft width), It also would need to either be ground level or at least a straight shot in the doors with a very low incline of a ramp. (no steps- large unit weighs approx. 900 pounds

OUTDOOR SETUP

*minimum space requirements- 40 ft. by 40 ft., 18 ft. ceiling or greater (arena is 30 x30, space needed behind unit for blowers, space needed in front of unit for entering and exiting the arena).

SURFACE SETUP

*All Inflatables will be staked into the ground unless prior arrangements are made to use sandbags

*If you have a fenced in location that we must enter, please make sure you have a 5 ft gate for the dolly to come through for the large arena or 4 ft for the small arena.

*Semi level surface (no hills, no potholes, no steps). Any debris must be removed (sticks, rocks, animal excrement, sharp objects, etc.). No low over head trees or power lines. No gum ball trees. No bare ground, or %u201Cfield%u201D like ground with multiple bare dirt patches, or weedy lots. Animal excrement must be picked up at least 24-48 in advance to allow the surface area to dry. Keep animal from re-depositing in the cleaned area.

*If paved surface: Area must be swept or blown. No broken concrete, potholes, or rocks.

*For grass surfaces: Do not mow the day before, or the day of, the event. In ground water sprinkler systems must be shut off 24 hours prior to the event and must be marked if present If there are any utility lines shallower than 18 inches, we must be made aware of them for staking purposes.

RAIN POLICY

The Laser tag system cannot be setup or played if it is raining or there are high winds. If it is decided to cancel, (because of weather conditions), before we leave to travel to your location, no additional money is due and deposit can be used for a future rental within 12 months). If it is decided to cancel once we are in route, (before our arrival and/or set up), the full amount (deposit plus balance) is due. If it would start raining during the event, Capitol City Speed Demons would discontinue operations due to safety reasons and would resume operations when Capitol City Speed Demons deem it possible.
