SAFETY RULES

*** if there is to be face painting at the event, we must be informed upfront, so that we can make sure that only face paint that is safe for vinyl material is used. Please give us the name and contact info of the face painter so that we may talk with them prior to the event.


RULES TO FOLLOW DURING THE USE OF THE UNIT. IF THE FOLLOWING RULES ARE NOT FOLLOWED AND THERE ARE ANY DAMAGES TO THE UNIT, LESSEE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL REPAIRS/REPLACEMENT COSTS.

Only participants of compatible ages and sizes shall play in the Unit at the same time. Extra caution is needed for children ages three and under. Never allow older kids to bounce with children 3 and under. The maximum number of participants of each group that should play in the Unit at one time shall be as follows:

All participants must remove shoes, glasses, and other sharp objects before entering the Unit.

To avoid neck and back injuries, flips, wrestling, and extreme horseplay are not allowed in the Unit/s. In the event that the Unit is an inflatable slide, participants shall not jump from the platform onto the sliding area.

ADULT SUPERVISION IS ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED WHEN PARTICIPANTS ARE IN THE UNIT. THE LESSEE SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SUPERVISION OF THE PARTICIPANTS WHILE THEY ARE IN THE UNIT(unless attendants are provided) . AS THE LESSEE OF THE UNIT, THE SAFETY OF ALL PARTICIPANTS SHALL BE THE LESSEE'S SOLE RESPONSIBILITY (unless attendants are provided).

Absolutely NO '"Silly String", gum, candy, drinks, food, cigarettes, confetti, face painting (Snazaroo brand allowable, MAKE SURE ALL FACE PAINT IS DRY BEFORE THE CHILD ENTERS THE UNIT.), tape, or any other substances are allowed in/on the Unit. It is the Lessee's responsibility to keep the Unit clean and free from any type of debris or substances. There will be a $75 cleaning fee per each unit (or each section of a unit if it is a multiple piece unit) if any type of substances listed above are found in the unit upon return.

The Unit shall not be moved from the location of installation. In the event that the Unit has accidentally moved, remove all participants from the Unit and move the Unit back to the location of installation. In no event shall the Unit be removed from the address specified above.

Participants shall be kept away from the blower(s) used to inflate the Unit. In the event that the blower is accidentally turned off, remove all participants from the Unit and turn on the blower. Do not allow the participants to re-enter the Unit until the Unit has been fully inflated.

All Units have been equipped with a zipper designed for quick deflation of the Unit at the time of pick up. Do not allow any participants to open the zipper. In the event that the zipper has been opened, remove all participants from the Unit and close the zipper. Do not allow the participants to re-enter the Unit until the Unit has been fully inflated.

Keep the Unit and the blower at least 15 feet away from swimming pools or other sources of water.

Do not allow participants to jump while holding on to the netting on the Unit. This will cause damage to the unit.

Keep participants from putting the netting in their mouths.

Do not allow participants to hang from the rim of the basketball hoop if the unit has one. This will cause damage to the unit.

FOR ALL SLIDES: Absolutely no head first slides!

FOR ALL SLIDES: Do not jump or dive onto the slide.

FOR ALL SLIDES: The landing area of the slide must be clear before the next person begins to slide down.

FOR ALL SLIDES: Do not allow children to ride down the slides in the lap of an older person.

For bounce house slide: 1 additional person may start the climb when the first person has arrived at the top of the slide.

For single lane slides: 1 additional person may start the climb when the first person has arrived at the top of the slide.

For Tsunami: 2 additional people may start the climb when the first 2 people have made it to the top of the slide.

For Bus: 1 additional person may start the climb to the slide when the first person has arrived at the top of the slide.

For 31 or 40 ft. obstacle course: 2 additional persons may enter the unit when the first two people have made it to the top of the slide

For Mega Dual lane: 2 additional people may enter the obstacle course when the first 2 people have made it to the top of the slide. An adult supervisor should watch the front of the unit to regulate when to allow 2 additional players to enter the unit. Adult supervisors should also watch the rear of the unit to prevent extra kids from sneaking under the netting instead of waiting their turn up front. Also so that the two racers do not try and pull each other off the ladder trying to get ahead of their opponent. This can cause ankle and foot injuries. So adult supervision is a must!

For Wrecking Ball unit: Do not allow participants to hang on the ball or rope holding the ball. This will cause damage to the unit. Only allow players of similar age and size to be in the unit at the same time.

For Foosball: Do not jump on or over the poles, do not lean against the sides of the arena. This will cause damage to the unit. Warn all observers to watch for escaping soccer ball from arena from errant kicks.

For Zorb balls: Use only on the accompanying track. If used without the track, the balls could be damaged by any rough or sharp objects. Only 1 person per ball. ABSOLUTELY NO FACEPAINT INSIDE ZORB BALLS!

Hippo Chow Down: Only 1 person per lane. Wear age appropriate belt (adult or child).

For Jacob's Ladder: Enter from the front only. Do not climb on sides or back of unit. This will cause damage to the unit.

For Joust: only 2 participants in the joust at one time, all participants must wear head gear. Only allow players of similar age and size to be in the unit at the same time. All jousting should take place only when both players are on their pedestals. To avoid neck and back injuries, flips, wrestling, and extreme horseplay are not allowed in the Unit.

For Ninja Warrior Challenge:must be 42 inches tall, do not sit on arms, follow all directions of operator (this game will always be staffed by an attendant from Central Illinois Inflatables

For Boxing: only 2 participants in the ring at one time when boxing is going on. Only allow players of similar age and size to be in the unit at the same time. All boxing should take place only when both players are in their protective gear and gloves are on hands. To avoid neck and back injuries, flips, wrestling, and extreme horseplay are not allowed in the Unit. If bounce is used for regular bouncing, follow number limits in chart above for number allowed in unit.

For 3D Twister: Follow the above chart for guidelines for number allowed in the unit. This is not a bounce house, there is no 4rth wall to keep participants from bouncing out of the unit if jumping around.

For Cash Cube Money Machine: Follow the above chart for guidelines for number allowed in the unit. Paper Strips are NOT furnished for the floating prize money. The renter will supply all paper items to be blown in game. Have at least 500 pieces of paper items blowing in the unit.

For BopIt!: Light to medium touch with the palm of the hand is all that is needed to score with the light disks. Do not allow participants to abuse the disks, or hit them with any objects. Have participants remove any rings. If cones are being used, do not allow participants to jump over the cones (like a hurdle) or knock the cones over on purpose. Keep the computer score board out of the path of play so it does not get knocked over either. If the inflatable table is being used, Do not allow participants to climb on the table (It is not a bounce house. The unit can be damage if not treated properly).

For Inflatable games: (T-ball, Basketball, Football, Skee Ball, Cannon Blaster, Knock Out, 5 in 1 Carnival, BopIt!, Foot Darts): Do not allow participants to climb on or in the inflatables (They are not a bounce house, they are games, and the units can be damage if not treated properly).

For Ping Pong Table: Do not allow participants to sit or stand on the table. Absolutely no food or drink is to be used on or near the table. No slamming the paddles on the table. Paddles and balls are included and must be returned with the table at the end of the event in good repair also.

For Jumbo Connect 4: Keep all rings with the game. Rings are not to be used for any game play other than the Connect 4 game. Return the rings to the post holders when finished using the game.

For Giant Jenga: All wood blocks are to remain at the place of play. Stack the blocks on the small table when finished using the game.

DO NOT SPRAY WATER ON THE DRY USE ONLY UNITS FOR ANY REASON. Do not get in the dry use only inflatables wet from the pool or water games. There will be a drying charge of $75 ($100 if the item is the Carousel, Unicorn, Multiplay XL combo or $200 if the Tsunami) per unit (or each section of a unit if it is a multiple piece unit) if customer gets a “dry use only” inflatable unit wet. (excludes acts of nature) This fee will also apply, in addition to the cleaning fee/s above, if we have to hose the unit/s down to remove a large amount of a substance that we cannot remove simply by just wiping with a cloth and cleaner on the flat surfaces of the vinyl.

Absolutely no pets are allowed on or by the unit at any time.

Take care not to have anything sitting on top of the power cord or pinch it in anyway.

If wind becomes excessive (over 20 mph) unload occupants and deflate unit.

Check stakes/sandbags regularly to ensure they remain tight.

Lessee will be responsible for any damages to the units (REPAIRS/REPLACEMENT COSTS) by not following the above rules.
