HOLIDAY PRICING-Major holidays (and major holiday weekends) are very busy times for us and incur extra expenses for labor and transportation. So anything booked during those times will have a surcharge added to the bill.
SHORT NOTICE RENTALS-Because we load our trailers sometimes a couple of days prior to the date according to the route we will be running, late notice rentals (less than 48 hours) incur extra labor reloading the trailer to add on another item that may fall outside of the route we had planned. We will still take late notice rentals whenever possible but there may be an additional fee for reloading the trailer so they are in the order of delivery. Please feel free to call and check to see if this may apply in your case.
All inflatable rentals can be "UP TO" an approximate 8 hour day. Rental fees for items with electronics are based on time. Most deliveries are done in the morning (or at agreed upon delivery times) and all pickups are done by dark (or at agreed upon pickup time). We do not allow customer pickups/returns. There are no over-night outdoor rentals due to the risk of damage from vandals or weather. This assures that you will always get an inflatable that has been well taken care of for your rental. Overnight rentals are approved on a case by case basis for special occasions like Post Proms or church youth groups.
Areas within 10 miles of 26 Amberley Rd, Springfield, IL will be a $15 delivery fee. Other areas have a travel charge based on their address. Please call 217-498-8774 for a travel quote.

Please note that areas more than 30 minutes from us are usually just for large group events requiring more than one inflatable, however we occasionally make exceptions based on our schedule load.
Adult supervision is required for all items. Our prices do not include the attendants for most of the items. However, if you don't have enough volunteers and need attendants, just ask us for pricing and we will do our best to staff the event.
